1. Western Lien Services is not a law firm, and the employees of Western Lien Services are not acting as your attorney. Western Lien Services does not practice law and does not give legal advice.

2. Upon request from the Customer, Western Lien Services will prepare and send pre lien and lien notices in accordance with Construction Laws in effect at the time.

3. The Customer appoints Western Lien Services as it’s agent for the purpose of executing on the customer’s behalf prelien  and lien notices.

4. Western Lien Services reserves the right to refuse to produce documents that are sent to us late or are missing the required minimum basic information to produce said documents as highlighted on the website forms. It is your responsibility to add the required information, cancel or change information.

5. Western Lien Services will verify as much information as possible in the preparation of all documents and may require additional information from you to complete the preparation. We must be given adequate time to verify and prepare the documents. (5 working days)

6. The Customer agrees to hold Western Lien Services, it’s officers, agents and employees harmless for all claims resulting from any loss, damage or injury, of any and every nature whatsoever, including special or consequential damages, including attorney’s fees resulting from, or in any way connected with the preparation, service, and/or recording of preliminary notices.

7. The Customer agrees to pay Western Lien Services fees according to the prices in the effect at the time the service is provided.

8. Western Lien Services bills monthly.  The Customer agrees to pay within 10 days of date of invoice.
